MOTORCYCLING
THROUGH THE ANNAPOLIS VALLEY
The Annapolis Valley is situated between the Bay of Fundy and South Mountain and some roads wind through apple orchards and corn fields.
Fishing communities dot the shoreline and the Acadian way of life is a reality
and a few of these tiny villages have some of the oldest, largest and most
beautiful churches on the east coast. Activities for tourist are numerous and
include hiking, whale watching, wildlife and eagle watching, cycling, golfing,
visiting historic sites and lighthouses and sampling the great local cooking
from seafood to steak, fruit and vegetables. Motorcycling is done at a slower
speed along these roads because there is so much to see and do.
